The Office of the Oyo State Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), through its Directorate of Media and Publicity, has announced the launch of a new episodic editorial series, “The Explainer,” aimed at deepening political communication, public enlightenment and awareness of the party’s leadership, achievements and candidates.
According to a statement issued by the Directorate and obtained by InsideOut Media Hub, the series will prominently spotlight the leadership, vision and public image of the APC governorship candidate in Oyo State, Barrister Sarafadeen Alli, while also highlighting the achievements and policy initiatives of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope administration.
A major focus of the series will be the systematic profiling of APC candidates contesting various elective positions, including the Senate, House of Representatives and Oyo State House of Assembly.
The profiles are expected to provide party members, supporters and the general public with useful information about the candidates, including their qualifications, records, programmes, aspirations and proposed contributions to their respective constituencies.
The Office of the State Youth Leader described “The Explainer” as a strategic media and publicity platform designed to communicate the party’s achievements, leadership efforts and electoral agenda in a clear, engaging and accessible manner.
It added that the episodic series would serve as a regular source of political information while promoting party unity, strengthening the APC’s visibility and projecting its leadership and candidates positively ahead of the forthcoming elections.
The Directorate therefore urged APC members, supporters, stakeholders and members of the public to watch out for each episode, engage responsibly with the content and help amplify the stories, profiles and achievements featured in the series.
“The message is clear: leadership deserves to be told, achievements deserve to be amplified, and candidates deserve to be properly presented to the people,” the statement noted.
The Directorate of Youth Media and Publicity said the rollout of “The Explainer” would commence soon.
