A major highlight of the event was the official handover of Sienna buses to the City Boy Movement by Senator Sarafadeen Alli and Senator Yunus Akintunde to strengthen the movement’s operational capacity and facilitate the mobilisation of members across the state.
Speaking after inspecting the vehicles, Onireti expressed appreciation to the APC leadership, Senator Alli and Senator Akintunde for the gesture, describing the donation as timely and significant to the movement’s activities as political mobilisation intensifies ahead of the 2027 elections.
He said the additional mobility support would enhance the ability of the City Boy Movement to reach members and supporters across Oyo State, particularly as campaign activities continue to gather momentum.

Onireti further reaffirmed the movement’s commitment to the re election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stressing that the organisation had already put structures and modalities in place to mobilise support for the President’s second term bid.
He also expressed confidence in the emergence of Senator Sarafadeen Alli as the next Governor of Oyo State, while declaring that the movement would work assiduously towards ensuring the APC takes over the state from the incumbent administration.

The City Boy Movement leadership maintained that the newly provided vehicles would contribute significantly to its grassroots mobilisation efforts as the APC intensifies preparations for the 2027 general elections.
