InsideOut Media Hub can report that Hon. Owoade Babatunde Jelil, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Akinyele Local Government Constituency II in the 2027 election, has reaffirmed his commitment to youth development and educational advancement.
Owoade made the remarks while attending the colourful Amala Day organised by the Federation of Ibadan Students Union (FIBSU), where his Foundation Secretary, Alhaji Ridwan Abiodun, CEO of Abbey Electronics, Ojoo, was honoured with an Award of Excellence for his contributions to the community and support for the student body.

Owoade, who accompanied Abiodun to the event alongside members of his entourage, was warmly received by the organisers and students.
Speaking to the students, Owoade encouraged them to remain focused on their education, describing academic pursuit as an important foundation for achieving their aspirations.
Drawing from his personal experience as a former Public Administration student of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, the APC candidate urged the students to remain disciplined, hardworking and confident in their abilities.
“You have the opportunity to focus on your education and aspire to reach the highest heights in life. Today, I stand before you as a former Public Administration student of The Polytechnic, Ibadan and also as the APC candidate to represent the good people of Akinyele Local Government Constituency II.
“The hard work and experience I gained yesterday have contributed to where I stand today. I wish you all the very best in your academic pursuits. Stay focused, remain disciplined and believe in yourselves. The future is bright.”
The Amala Day provided an opportunity for students and guests to celebrate Ibadan culture, education, community service and togetherness.

The presence of Owoade and his team added to the colourful gathering, with the APC candidate using the occasion to connect with young people and encourage them to remain committed to their academic and personal development.
