Oyo State chapter of the APC Youth League has congratulated former Council Chairman, Barr. Yemi Aderibigbe, on his appointment as Director General of the governorship campaign of the APC candidate in Oyo State, Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli.
The League described the appointment as a strategic move that reflects the party’s resolve to build a formidable campaign structure ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
In a statement issued by the League’s Publicity Secretary, Hon. Akanni Muhammed O., the State Coordinator, Engr. Ayobami Dagilogba, said Aderibigbe’s extensive political experience, grassroots appeal, broad network, and leadership credentials make him well qualified to lead the campaign.
Dagilogba added that the appointment underscores the APC’s commitment to assembling a competent team capable of mobilising support across Oyo State and positioning the party for electoral victory.
The APC Youth League also expressed confidence in Aderibigbe’s ability to coordinate an inclusive, energetic, and result driven campaign that will secure the election of Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli as the next Governor of Oyo State.
The group wished the newly appointed campaign director wisdom, strength, and success as he assumes the responsibility.
